Another issue with lift...the balloon was above the trees a few minute earlier. Ground temperature must have been cooler than the upper air. All the balloons seem to have a problem with lift today.

Seems they had a little problem here....the balloon dropped to 50 feet off the ground....right by the Tualatin Police Department....
